Biffi Burger and Fried Tom Yam Noodle @ Seh Poh Kio - Jalan Ayer Itam, Pg

Last trip of back to Penang, the first thing when I reach back after dumping all my luaguage back at home and went to pick up my friend, heading to Seh Poh Kio for supper. There are very limited places in Penang to hunt for Chinese food during at night after 12am. I was craving for burger that night around 1.30am.

The business of this stall its good at most of the time, depends on your luck when you dropping by that you have to wait long or wait for a while. Luckily on that night I did not wait for long as I was the 3rd person only.

The stall owner is the one leg kick person. Cook, wrap, and sell

My order was 'Chicken Burger Special' (Pg version means with Cheese and egg) as I love the version here as one of the best, well cook that preserve the taste of the slice of the chicken meat and well wrap around with the ngam ngam cook egg and top with a slice of cheese and cover with a layer of mayonnaise. RM4 if not mistaken.

Besides this stall that I usually enjoy eating from the thai hawker stall behind it was the ‘Fried Tomyam Maggie Mee’ a style of its own, not too spicy yet soury and filled with mini seafood is a taste that I am missing but on that night, the taste had change not as nice as it used to be. Still not bad but not as craving taste already. RM5

Ramlee Burger @ Jln Maharajarela, KL

I have always been hunting for good Ramlee Burger to eat. Last week when I was hungry and I drove around then thought of 7-11 to get instant noodle. Then mana tau, let me saw this burger stall and this 7-11 as I know the 1 at Jln Imbi there under Otai never really fancy that. Then with quite a number of ppl waiting, then just try la..hungry like hell!

This is how the stall looks like outside the 7-11.

The taukeh pretending to be busy as previously trying to post for me..Lol, then I requested pretend bz. So this is how he come out with. But seriously, he talked a lot. Quite a very friendly guy. Ask him lots of question also.

Then saw this special black pepper sauce which after he friend and dip into, looks good lei~ then he mention that, this is his special sauce. Then he and his partner also trying doing some combination at the moment trying to improve the taste of black pepper sauce and also would come out some different dressing soon. (looking forward on that)


The normal order 'Sausage Plain' which order by other customer and I saja took on it.

When he done this, so dammmmmm tempting 'Double Beef Plain' also for other customer. When I look at this I was like GULPPP..wish to had that but I cant take beef.

Then comes my order, the usual order 'Burger Special + Cheeze'. During my first bite of this burger, I was like, YESSS!!! at last I found one burger stall that really nice to eat besides the 1 in Section 14 in front of 7-11 also. This burger is juicy with the sauces, which blend the aroma of egg and cheese very very well. I just finish the burger within minutes. At the end of it, was like finger lickin good and YESSS I am satisfied!~ With onli RM4.80 and a coke after it. Haizzz...good to sleeep after that. :)

Before I was leaving, they ask me, am I a reporter... I say no lahhhh.. I am a food hunter..lol, then they ask me to take their pic. Which the taukeh.. sitting down and the guy behind is his assistant. Friendly ppl just talk that would not stop. The girls in front?? *ahemm.. I think its their gf qua.
For me, of course looking forward to go back and eat again!

Burger @ Bangsar South

Recently I have been to O-Town Bangsar South quite often as I found out that, it is the most cosy O-Town Branch to meet up with my friends and it is in the middle.

Then I did notice a burger stall in front of it. So as I am sick of the food over there, so decided to give it a try as some times as I pass by there are not many customer in the stall. Most probably the location of its place. For me, if I were to open a stall, pretty sure that I wont pick that spot. The passerby customer is so little.

This is the burger stall that located in front of the 7-11 over there and it is run by 2 local students which is they are doing part time of it. While waiting for the burger had a chat with the stall owner found out that the cost of operating this stall is not more than RM1k because they are not taking franchise. As I know a Ramlee Burger stall need around RM45k for Otai do not know, never ask before.

They way they are doing the burger sure looks good, juicy, and tempting. The fact is the taste of the burger is not bad, surely can improve more. If the meat were to grill a lil longer, it would be perfect. If they can make their mayonnaise sauce more unique then it would be a perfect burger arleady. The best part of the burger is of course the black pepper sauce that they are using. RM4 for this 'Burger Special with Cheeze'

Overall the taste is not bad, considering that they are new in the industry and surely will go back again some time.
To visit this stall, you must have fate with them, because the stall syok syok open, syok syok not open. No consistency of when they are operating.

Otai Burger @ Jusco, Tmn Maluri

This is my very very first time that I ate burger in the afternoon. Usually this kind of stall is during at night onli can find or dine at night but just that coincidence saw this stall then stop by and order. The most surprising is for the first time I also see a burger stall doing promotion as in the banner.

The stall which is located on the junction whereby every 1 can see it.


Ermm..declare that they are No.1 Francais of burger chain..no idea..what bout Ramlee burger?

This guy is so busy preparing for the burger as I was waiting my burger for at least 20 minutes. Was not in the right timing as the customer before me she order 15 burger.

This is during my turn also have so many order in que.


Of course the only thing different of the order from PG and KL is the burger special.. In KL is burger special = Burger egg. Y don they called it that. As in PG burger special means egg + Cheese. Funny for KL.


Tadaa...nearly done.

This is my order of 'Burger Special + Cheese' RM4.80 but got disc of 80cents because he asked me why I keep taking photo's from his stall, told him that I am a food hunter and will post in my blog. Then after he heard that he charge me RM4 only. I was so happy for the first time I got paid RM0.80 for helping to post. A good start to mee. hehehe.

This is another burger which is the plain chicken burger. Actually the taste of the burger is just so so. Again compare to pg its still some diff.
